Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the product returned is in 100% resalable condition, there is no damage to the Box and product is in original packaging. Additionally, Peak Unlimited must be contacted within 30 days of purchase for your return or exchange to be eligible for processing. Be sure to include your order number, product(s) to be returned and your name.
To process your return, we will give you a return address and any additional information necessary. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless you received the product due to an error on our part. If you are shipping an item over $75, it would be good to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or availability for product exchange. If approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please keep in mind that it may take a few days for the credit to appear as processed.
